Builder.
Operator.
Problem solver.
I’m Agim. I’m a partner at an MSP in Baltimore, build software tools that scratch real itches, and have been doing both long enough to know the difference between a good idea and a working one.

The person behind the projects
Built on experience.
Driven by real problems.
I joined Charm City Networks in 2011 as a partner after running solo for two years. I believed Baltimore’s businesses deserved an IT partner who showed up, communicated clearly, and stuck around. The clients we started with then are still with us now.
Running an MSP means you encounter the same friction points over and over. So I started building software to fix them. Not as a startup play — just to solve the problem in front of me. AlbaSpot came from a real moment in the field where the right tool didn’t exist.

What I’ve built
Ideas put to work.
Every one of these tools was born from a real problem hit in the trenches — built out of necessity.
